Stretch & Roll #2 – Hammies!

Clinic #2 – Monday March 28th @ 7pm (bring mat, foam roller & lacrosse ball) $10 or ($15 if you need a lacrosse ball)
Our focus for this recovery clinic will be on the hamstring muscle group consisting of the biceps femoris, semitendinosus, and semimembranosus. A critical muscle group to keep stretched and lengthened!  This is an active class so come in your comfy clothes ready for an hour of stretch and recovery to leave you feeling inches taller : )
You can click on the links below to register for this awesome class now. Each month Doris will work on a different body part. It is so important to keep your soft tissue and muscles rolled and stretched. You will feel more relaxed and can help prevent pulled muscles.
