Stretch & Roll #3 – Hips & Quads

This is one of those things that is good to add to the calendar. You will learn important techniques we don’t have time for in our regular workouts that will give you a complete and through recovery for your hips and quad muscles. You will learn using both a lacrosse ball and foam roller. Mark your calendar for our next Stretch and Roll Class. Sign up for May 23rd at 7pm.
