6-Week Wrestling Strength & Conditioning

This week, we are starting a 6-week strength and conditioning series for Junior High and High School age athletes.

Wrestling, football, basketball…whatever your sport, we have a proven system for training that will get you to the next level.

This series will focus on

  • Increased speed and agility
  • Strength and power
  • Injury prevention through flexibility and mobility
  • Weight training technique
  • Health, wellness body fat reduction

Sessions will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-8 pm. 

Register today at just $149 for the 6-week series. (A 7-week window is allowed for missed classes or vacation).


Also available is our injury prevention package which includes a foam roller, resistance band for stretching and lacrosse ball for target massage. This package is $40 if purchased online with your registration, or $50 after.
