This week, we are starting a 6-week strength and conditioning series for Junior High and High School age athletes.
Wrestling, football, basketball…whatever your sport, we have a proven system for training that will get you to the next level.
This series will focus on
- Increased speed and agility
- Strength and power
- Injury prevention through flexibility and mobility
- Weight training technique
- Health, wellness body fat reduction
Sessions will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-8 pm.
